1. Service Description

A2Z Reach provides AI visibility analytics — tracking how AI search engines mention, recommend, and cite brands in their responses. The service includes automated captures, metrics computation, and actionable prescriptions.

2. Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your session. One person or organization per account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to: reverse-engineer AI engines beyond normal query interaction, impersonate other brands, or generate misleading data. Automated access to your own dashboard data via our API is permitted.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your brand configuration (topics, prompts, competitors). AI response data captured by our service is factual data from public AI engines and is not owned by any party. Analytics and insights generated by A2Z Reach are licensed to you for your use.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime for the dashboard and API. Capture pipelines run daily and may occasionally be delayed by AI engine rate limits or availability. Free report captures are typically refreshed weekly, subject to reasonable service delays.

6. Plan Limits

Free: 5 prompts, weekly captures, ChatGPT only. Starter, Growth, Agency, and Enterprise plans have higher limits as described on our pricing page. We may adjust limits with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

A2Z Reach provides analytics on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our data. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify registered users of material changes via email with 30 days notice.

11. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

A2Z Reach offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Starter, Growth, and Agency paid plans. If you do not find actionable insights to improve your AI search visibility within 30 days of subscription activation, you may contact support@a2zreach.ai for a full refund of your first month's payment. Refunds are limited to the first billing cycle of new accounts; renewal charges and Enterprise arrangements are not eligible.
