Terms of Service

1. Service Description

A2Z Reach provides AI visibility analytics — tracking how AI search engines mention, recommend, and cite brands in their responses. The service includes automated captures, metrics computation, and actionable prescriptions.

2. Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your session. One person or organization per account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to: reverse-engineer AI engines beyond normal query interaction, impersonate other brands, or generate misleading data. If we make an API available, automated access to your own dashboard data through it is permitted.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your brand configuration (topics, prompts, competitors). AI response data captured by our service is factual data from public AI engines and is not owned by any party. Analytics and insights generated by A2Z Reach are licensed to you for your use.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime for the dashboard (and for any API we make available). Capture pipelines run daily and may occasionally be delayed by AI engine rate limits or availability.

6. Plan Limits

Starter, Growth, Agency, and Enterprise plans have limits as described on our pricing page. We may adjust limits with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

A2Z Reach provides analytics on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our data. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

We may update these terms and will notify registered users of material changes via email with 30 days notice.

11. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you buy a plan directly through checkout, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment within 30 days of activation. Contact support@a2zreach.ai.

The guarantee covers the platform doing what we sold you: your prompts being tracked, captures running against the engines on your plan, and your dashboards populating with the results. If any of that is not working within 30 days, we will either fix it or refund you.

It is not a guarantee that your AI search visibility will improve within 30 days. Visibility typically moves over 60–90 days, because engines re-crawl and re-rank on their own schedule and competitors are moving at the same time. Thirty days is long enough to judge whether the product works, not whether your rankings changed, and refunds are assessed on the former.

Refunds are limited to the first billing cycle of new accounts. Renewal charges are not eligible, and plans purchased under a negotiated Order Form are governed by the Master Services Agreement rather than this section.

This version of section 11 applies to subscriptions activated on or after September 18, 2026. Subscriptions activated before that date keep the previous wording of this section for their first billing cycle. The date reflects the 30 days' notice of material changes promised in section 9.
