Actions

Your action plan turns what the AI answers said into a ranked list of moves, each with the evidence behind it and a draft ready when a step needs writing.

Exclusion Analysis shows where you were left out. The action plan says what to do about it, in the order most likely to win those answers back.

Where You Find Them

Your action planis one page in the app. Home's "Do these next" card shows how many actions are waiting and opens the plan, and the getting-started checklist links to it the first time a plan is ready. The plan is built from what the AI answers said when we checked your prompts.

What Each Action Tells You

  • The action: one specific move, such as getting into a page that AI answers cite for your category, or fixing a page of your own.
  • Why: the reason the engine picked it, in a sentence.
  • Your gap: what the winning pages have that you do not.
  • Reach: how many AI answers (or buying occasions) the action could win back. A site-hygiene fix says so instead of claiming demand it does not have.
  • Verdict: how strongly the engine recommends it.

How the Plan Is Organized

PriorityWhat it means
Do itThe engine's confident calls. Work these top-down.
ConsiderWorth a look: moderate reach, or ongoing work.
OptionalValid only if the business decision behind it is right for you.

Low-leverage actions are skipped rather than listed, and the plan says how many it skipped, so nothing is hidden. You can also narrow the plan by where the action happens:

  • Editorial: articles, reference and academic pages that AI answers cite
  • Community: forums, social, video and podcasts
  • Directories: review sites, marketplaces and professional listings
  • Owned: your own site, including pages that answer a competitor

Open an Action

Opening an action shows the evidence first, then a short plan:

  • The moment you're losing: the captured AI answers, word for word, as the receipts
  • The pages winning instead and what they carry that you do not
  • What to change, step by step

Where a step needs writing, A2Z Reach drafts it for you: a pitch email to a publication, a helpful reply for a community thread, page copy or an article, or structured-data markup for your site. Nothing is sent or published without your OK. Some actions have no steps A2Z Reach can run; for those the plan shows a summary of what to do instead of inventing steps.

Action Status

  1. Open: in your plan, not started
  2. In progress: you started work on it
  3. Done: you marked it complete. Open it again for the proof, or reopen it at any time.

You can also dismiss an action you will not do; the engine will not bring it back. After you finish an action, the next checks of your prompts measure whether the AI answers changed.
