Quickstart Guide

From zero to AI visibility data in four steps. No install, no code changes, no credit card.

Step 1: Enter Your URL

Go to a2zreach.ai/onboarding and enter your brand's website URL. Our system crawls your site — reading your homepage, sitemap, JSON-LD schema, and llms.txt — to understand your business, category, and positioning.

Within 30–60 seconds, you'll see a business profile: brand name, category, target persona, and key differentiators. Review and adjust if needed.

Step 2: Review Topics & Prompts

Based on your business profile, A2Z Reach generates 4–8 topics covering your category. Each topic contains 3–5 prompts — realistic buyer-style questions that mirror what consumers actually ask AI assistants.

Topics are classified into our 11-layer taxonomy:

  • D — Discoverability (searching the category)
  • C — Consideration (comparing options)
  • P — Problem-First (describing a pain point)
  • E — Expert/Authority (editorial validation)
  • S — Customer Service (policies, support)
  • A — Asset Intelligence (brand positioning)
  • L — Loyalty/Expansion (upgrades, retention)
  • I — Identity/Aspiration (lifestyle alignment)
  • T — Temporal/Seasonal (time-sensitive)
  • X — Ecosystem/Integration (compatibility)
  • RC — Reputation/Crisis (ethics, stability)

You can add, remove, or edit any topic or prompt before launching.

Step 3: Configure & Launch

Choose your settings:

  • Engines: Which AI platforms to monitor (choose 3 models on Starter, Growth, and Agency; custom scope on Enterprise)
  • Region: Geographic context for the prompts
  • Language: Query language
  • Frequency: Daily (Starter, Growth, and Agency) or Custom (Enterprise)

Hit "Confirm & Launch" and your first captures begin immediately, with first results compiling in 5–15 minutes.

Step 4: Read Your First Results

After the first run completes (typically 5–15 minutes for 5 prompts on one engine), your dashboard shows:

  • Visibility Score: Percentage of prompts where your brand appeared
  • Exclusion Count: How many prompts left you out
  • Top Competitor: Who appears most in your place
  • Cited Domains: Which publications AI engines referenced

Click into any execution to see the full AI response, highlighted brand mentions, and the complete source list.

What Happens Next

A2Z Reach runs your configured prompts on schedule. Over time, you'll see trends: is visibility improving? Are new competitors emerging? Which publications are gaining influence? Use this data to guide your content strategy, PR outreach, and product positioning.
